Woke up with a migraine. I think it's my new shoes. I pushed thru today and didn't binge! Did my workout and ate my prepared foods. I missed lunch but packed some pistachios for the road and added chicken to my dinner. So dh has ate out all week. Lol. Not me bc I already made my food. I picked him up pizza tonight. It smelled good and I felt bad for having it then I remembered duh I have my food in the fridge! Came home warmed up my chicken and sautéed my kale onions and zukes. Mixed it all w Greek yogurt chili powder put it on top Bibb lettuce cups drizzled w agave and topped w sunflower seeds. OMG soooo good!!

Yes I do enjoy it. It's only 30-45 mins including warm up and cool down so it's doable. I'm up to 5 chin ups now and it hasn't been a month! I'm taking measurements tomorrow. I feel stronger. I'm adding to my weights except for the dumbbell swing I only have a twenty for that and I think that's plenty for me. My planks and push ups r increasing as well. I can feel muscles in my lower ab hip area I've never felt before! Still doing the HP's too. I think when I started the weight loss in Jan I loss some muscle. But I'm on track now w my nutrition. How r things ur way?

Actually, your dinner sounds way better than pizza! That's pretty gourmet Misty!

Good to hear!! I'm still on the mend a bit but getting close to normal workouts in. Have had company (good friends) staying with us, so a little more eating (sometimes bad things, lol) wine and the odd beer consumption than normal....still maintaining but definitely not losing, they are leaving on Sunday.

No shame there, I'm saving my glass of red wine for Vegas. No martinis margaritas daiquiris kamakazis. Lol. Maybe a couple shots of bourbon... Suzy, I haven't missed a day!

Aww shucks! How's the no sugar coming? I had a girlfriend who stopped putting sugar in her coffee and the weight came off instantly! She used a lot too! Keep at it Suzy! U will love the results.

When you going Misty? I'm leaving Monday, but worried my wife's brother is in trouble, and my buddy John is upset the trip could be in danger.

We leave the 30th. Hope your brother in law is going to be ok. He's had a rough road. Your friend will have to get over it. Heart attack burger will always be there..,
