Monday, today is the day my hubby comes home! Yay, very excited about that!! I'm also pretty stoked that so far I lost 10 lbs, especially since now it's a LCHFing lifestyle change for me. Not much happening here, other than clean house, get myself looking good! Hopefully he notices a weight loss, but if he doesn't... Whatever, I'll know inside that I am trying. I think he's going to notice when he eats his food and I eat my food- the food will be slightly different on my plate! Nervous about dining out, that's my pitfall, but he was saying he wanted Vietnamese food, so I know I can make some plates low carb. I just gotta stay away from the Phô and instead eat the grilled chicken, grilled pork, and shrimp plate over veggies and vermicelli... But minus the vermicelli. Easy! I can do it, oh, and watch that super delicious Fish sauce... It's sweet so must have a lot of sugar. Instead I'm gonna top it with red chili sauce, not Sriracha, but Sambal Oelek cause that has Zero carbs!!

When you eat out, always go for the protein and veggies! If there is a dish you like that has carbs (like rice, or something), you could just ask them for it without it, and see if they can do it! Glad you are doing so well! :)

Have a great time with hubby home! Sometimes it helps me to try to reframe things...I've spent so many years connecting events to food. I have to really stop to think about "we're going to XYZ place, what are we going to DO" instead of what are we going to EAT. Have fun, have some giggles and enjoy your time together.
