13 March 2016 Week Nine of 2016
Plan for 2016 - Smaller goals, starting with 1/2 a pound per month minimum. To be determined - No less than 2 hours a week for working out. Goal Hit! - Veggies with every dinner. Goal Hit! - No more than one alcoholic drink (mixed drink or hard cider) per week (may be altered for holidays, can save up the weekly drinks to have multiple at an event). Goal Hit!
Each year my company does on-site body metrics testing (glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, BMI etc etc etc), and if your numbers fall in the 'good' ranges, the company gives you $250 in an HSA that never expires. While my weight has been up, the rest of my numbers have trended favorably for the last few years :D
AND......
WE FOUND A HOUSE!!!!!
Found it yesterday, cute little thing (which means that from now through the next 45 days or so, it'll be a lot of hurry up and wait). Contract is in the process of being accepted, we have a meeting with the financial guy Tuesday and the inspection Wednesday.
