Scoot with feet one way then on your belly scoot with arms on the way back
1 min each, one time:
Burpees
MT Climbers
High Knees

It's good to be home. Picked up FIL from BIL and SIL's house, noticed she had some goodies (she is on FS too) so she had some protein drink i was going to try before worout but forgot it there and she had some Pure Via which is a natural Vanilla flavor and some unsweetened almond milk. I went to the store and got all three! I couldn't find the protein drinks she used but I got a protein powder called Only Protein. I mixed it with the almond milk, very yummy to me. low in carbs and sugar, hope it's a good one LOL.I'm going to try the Pure Via in my hubbys coffee later hehe.I ate cottage cheese for the first time ever in my 38 years of life! i smothered it with cayenne. SIL suggested the Pure Via and some cinnamon with it. Will try that for sure.I also got some tortillas that are 6 net carbs. I'm going to try to keep my carbs down. I had a dang banana before workout and that put me up to 53, half of what I normally intake. I got this. I'm trying to up my fat and protein as well then hit the weights. eek i'm excited.I bought greek yogurt with 25 fat instead of 0 and I looked for reg cottage cheese but target only had low fat, 2%, and 4%. I took the 4%, it is high in sodium I think! I'm going to use it for after workouts mainly. I get confused on the best pre workout meals and post. It's written right there but IDK why it's hard to take in. But, I'll try for the week and see if any inches drop;)

Golly Misty that's a nice set of plyo; keeping limber, strength, speed, endurance and burning a few cals....I can feel the burn and heart rate from here!!

Thanks:-) I love these classes. We have a two week break but then back at it. I'm going to try and get some weights in the mean time and work my core more. 😖I hear that plank is the best ever for core.

Google "hypopressive" ....for your core. A couple of Pilates & TRX teachers showed me this, haven't done a crunch since, abs are best they've been in years.

I'm SIL...hahahahaha....Misty 4% is the highest fat % for cottage cheese but it has a lot of sodium I usually use 1 % but since you want a little more fat just use the 2%....keep up those workouts you are looking more and more toned...
