Wow, a wonderful morning after a thunderous rain here! Spring has sprung! Today, is a Babies Blood Donation Day. I must eat well! It's Taco Tuesday! I worked out the knee on LA Fitness's new, leg machines yesterday, and I could run today, if I tried, but not for another month. Leg feels fantastic this morning!!!! Have a SUPER DAY, everyone! I LOVE all of you!!!Even you guys. lol Warren's Diet Tip of the Day: Truth be known, BREAKFAST is not the most important meal of the day. It's a MYTH! It actually gets you started on the days path to MORE eating. Let your stomach stay contracted, and enjoy your coffee, and I have been reading lots about Bulletproof Coffee, and it's very expensive, and go light on the additives. They can really spike your cholesterol, and possibly, blood pressure.

I am with you on that statement about breakfast. I gets my appetite going. I do much better when I wait until later in the day to eat. Still learning.....
