Morning and better on the workout today. And I am back on track I do believe going to call for an appointment to get some pain meds injected in my back to help with the degenerative disc disease. I have Percocet that is prescribed for me but I just don't want to be that person at 51 who take a bunch of pills so I just don't take them. Have a great Wonderful Wednesday, and Guys remember put the seat down when your done, lmao

It's good you're doing better. I hear you on the pain meds, I hate times I've needed them and don't do it unless the pain is unbearable. Are you talking about having a nerve block done? Whatever it is, hopefully it'll help.

@Spirit thanks and glad I could have you ROFL, @JMB Yes it is a nerve block at L5 and L4 on both sides so normally 4 shots supposed to be about every 3 months but they are only helping now for about a month and half. Most of my pain stems from being beat down from the Army for 20 years but I get through most of it I have a very high tolerance for pain.

Hi Rockiesfan. I also have had nerve block injections in my lower back. My Pain Management Dr. said it should last 6-9 months and it only lasted about 90 days. The shots were so painful that I would not go back since they didn't last even remotely long enough. My PCP is timid about giving me pain meds so I only take the ones I do have when I absolutely can't move. I'm going back to see her soon and I will be begging for more because they are all that helps me. I see a chiropractor as well but it's not nearly as often as I would like but dang insurance won't let me go more. I was also in the Army but for only 10 years so I thank you for your dedication. Hang in there!

@BSSF, thanks as for the pain pills I used to take about 5 a day before I had my knee replaced twice and after that I just was sick of taking them. Thank you for your service as well. I will hang in there until I cant do it anymore. I was in from 84-04 Retired when I came back from Iraq
