So, if you do a 24 hour fast, what happens to all that water you're drinking? Do you weigh yourself the next day or is this just to get on track? Idk I ate CRAP the last three days and I've probably set myself back two weeks. I upped my calories way too fast and ate gross, horrible things for my body, but I've got to get back on track! Would a fast be beneficial? How can I undo those three days? Or do I suck it up and what's done is done?

Not sure if what and how much to consume for my break fast meal, just a glass of juice? Or fruit, etc.. So if I fast for 24, it'll be 8:17 tonight that I break it. I'm going to keep reading, glad I started bc I was going to eat my daily cals lol. Oh boy...I was planning to break the fast then go into the 16:8 Leangains. So should I just ease in with some fruit and juice then tomorrow the cooked veggies then wait a couple days for meat?

30 mins left... Any suggestions on what to eat and how much? I was thinking of a can of tomato juice then another in an hour then nothing until 12 noon. I have some chicken broth I could "eat" and I also roasted a spaghetti squash today I could eat some of that? I did read a lot of articles but I guess I was just hoping to hear from some of you IFers.
