I have done some emotional/binge eating lately. I have slowly gained. Last night I got out all my WW records. I joined in June....I have GAINED almost 10 pounds. I am really feeling down to say the least.

Just eat right. Sometimes I know we get tempted. I know I do, but you can get really full choosing the right food. Think of your weight goal and focus on eat. If you keep busy, you will forget the urge to eat. Just make sure it's an effort to get to your food source and keep a lot of water near you, you'll end up drinking water rather than eating.
