Rough night in ketosis. Hard to sleep, so uncomfortable, sweaty plus fighting a cold but my scale finally went down so it was worth it )

Yes - it can impact sleep. Sometimes I save my last few carbs of the day until evening - like a few berries. This seems to help me sleep. I save all of my carbs for later in the day.

I definitely should have...I was so hungry but maxed out my carbs by 10pm.
