Been trying real hard this past week to be better about hitting up the gym and making sure I get vegetables in with each dinner (mainly because I saw the scale go up to 173 again, and I DON'T want to end the year at that same number again.
Heading back to see my parents for Thanksgiving, and I'm not overly concerned about it because they've been working with a modified version of the Paleo diet, so we're looking at LOTS of veggies :)
