Weighed in today at 189.8 after breakfast and liquids. My weight is continuing to go down at a moderate rate. I have had a knee injury for a few months. Sometimes it is very painful and at other times not that bad. As a result, I am only able to go for walks or bikes, but for the time being other exercise is out. The funny thing is that even without the harder exercise regime my weight is going down and I attribute this to my lower caloric intake. I am not even really trying that hard compared to my "diet" plans in the past for lack of a better word, and yet I seem to be having more success. I also find that I am not doing the daily weigh-ins and am not so focused on my ultimate goal, but just taking each day as it comes. Perhaps the lack of stress in this plan and a more realistic outlook results in a more successful outcome. I am hoping that my knee gets better soon and that I can start doing yoga and some moderate x-country runs in the forest near my home.
189.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
