Must be contagious. I woke up 5 minutes past the time I'm supposed to be leaving the house for work. We'll blame it on Monday. :)

I have three alarms. Two on my phone, set 2 minuts appart and if that doesn't work, which it always does, I have one alarm clock that is on the table and I have to get up to turn it off. It will not stop buzzing until it's been turned of. At least you are well rested today since you slept longer ;-)

Options for when such an event occurs: 1) Do high intensity movements throughout the day 2) Get your workout in at a different time! Doing something is ALWAYS better then doing nothing 3) Adjust your diet to compensate I personally would go with option 3. If your a cardio type of person, run outside if your gym is not 24/7. Another option for a non 24/7 gym if lifting weights is more your style would be to stop at a different gym and pay the $5 for a 24hr lift pass. Keep your goal in mind and remind yourself just how bad you want it! Great job so far!

Sleep, my friend, is largely underrated. The kitchen is where you provide your body with what it needs to change, the gym/working out is where you stimulate your body to allow it to change faster and healthier, and sleep is where your body actually does the changing. It prevents crashing and increases mental and physical endurance/capacity along with many other benefits! Great job getting your walk in! Keep it up! :)
