With the poor weather recently I used my exercise bike yesterday for the first time in a while instead of an outdoor workout. I did the HIIT type routine that I'd done in the past and it was noticeably easier than before. I guess the time spent jogging/running/sprinting these last couple months has increased my strength and stamina. Looks like I'll need to extend the program time on the bike to make it more challenging again, I'm sure I'll be using it more and more as Fall and Winter get here.
Today should be a good calorie burn day, I'll get my regular workout in plus need to cut my grass and clean up the yard which is a mess after all the storms. I usually can get in 25K steps or more with it. Hope everyone has a great Monday.
