I was a little off from my goal about two weeks ago. I wanted to get under 300 in time for Glacticon (a sci-fi convention) on the weekend of Thanksgiving. Considering the neuropathy in my feet, I was worried I’d have to take frequent rest stops. Losing weight has paid off. I had virtually no problems with extended walking. My feet did ache at the end of the day and I had returned to my hotel room. Rest made it go away. I’m gonna call this a victory.

No on to my next goal. Getting down to 274. Why the odd number? This is what I got to before I made my big mistake and put the weight back on with careless eating habits. Roughly 22lbs to go. I’d love to be that light by the end of the year but that’s only three weeks away. I don’t see that happening. Maybe by February.

Back on Halloween I gave away all my 5x and 6x clothes. . I’m trying not to buy too many 4x and 3x. I’m down from a 54 or 52 waist to a 46 or 44 depending on the manufacturer. These are good problems.

I liked reading through your journal. Like journeys different health conditions. Don't have a bariatric surgery yet but have some issues that may result in that. I will be following you to see your results! Thank you for your posts.

I used to think it was an easy way out. That was until I got older and realized if I didn’t do something I’d be dead soon. Regardless, I think it was one of the best decisions I ever made. it’s not as easy as some people think.
