This weekend in our tiny county of less than 14,000 people the WEMBO is coming with people from all over the globe. In case you don't know what that is, because I didn't, it is a 24 hour endurance bike race. The largest town in our county has less than 4,000 people in it and they are expecting around 5,000 people to arrive. Which they have already been arriving, last night I was in the grocery store and there were a lot of faces I had never seen before. Anyway it got me thinking about exercise. I don't want to take anything to the extreme but am I doing as much as I can? Hmmm..........

WOW 24 hour endurance race - sounds brutal though - if I bike a couple hours my derriere hurts!
