CatHerder's Journal, 15 September 2015

It was a fine cool morning. The temperature was in the low 50's and no breeze. Low humidity to boot. It actually felt cold when I did my walking warm-up lap. After the first couple of miles my body warmed up. I managed to go the full 7 miles in under 12:00/mile. I thought that was a nice pace for where I'm at right now. I did manage to get in a last half mile speed up and final sprint. My legs were telling me they were sore though. Not feeling bad at the moment though.

Tomorrow morning is core day. I might have to cut it short to make an early appointment. It depends what time I actually get out of bed and out the door. I'm still going to push hard to get the most benefit.

I'm hoping everyone has a great day!
