Another successful day in the books. Stayed 100% on induction. I was down 2 pounds this morning from yesterday, but we all know that varies so much from day to day. But still encouraging! I only record my weight once a week, so we'll see if it holds. Strange how the scales stay the same for days on end and then BOOM, 2 or 3 pounds gone all at once.
