Great job, Erika. 👏 👍 I haven't been too sore at all. I've been trying to figure that out. My nephew came over today sore & we are experimenting. I have been having a little MCT oil after workouts. He says it seems like his soreness is getting better. It's worth a try.

I'm turning 69 in a few days. I'm grateful to be able to work hard and get things done.
I know it's good for me to work hard, breathe hard and sweat. I'm surprised I'm not losing weight through this, but that's part of the mystery!

I tried intermittent fasting...I might try again. The issue I had with it was when I showered during the fasting period, I almost passed out.
