Ahhh, celebrated the 4th with burgers, snacks, and deserts. Didn't record it but admit to doing well with avoiding appetizers, was reasonable with the main course and over ate the deserts. Today going low with consumption for a day or 2. I had fun though, enjoyed good company, a parade and a fireworks show. It was a full day. :)
