Happy weekend eve everybody!

I hope everybody is following their plan and ready to keep pressing forward. It doesn't matter which diet plan you are following as the best way of eating is one which can follow for the rest of your life. This can be low carb, paleo, counting calories or whatever. The main key is that you can live with a deficit for losing and then keep on it for maintenance.

I've been nursing a high hamstring pull that I've had since going on my business trip. I don't understand how I could have hurt myself by sitting. It was definitely aggravated by running and the race I was in last weekend. Actually today was the first day I have ran since the race. I've been doing stretching and walking to try to minimize the ache. It's still a little sore and a pain in the rear, both figuratively and literally. I'll just run slow until it feels better. If it doesn't go away in a couple of weeks I'll go see a doctor about it.

I hope everybody has a great day and terrific weekend! Keep climbing and enjoy the journey.
