Happy 😃 Monday again…

Took my thoughts with me to Ned…took awhile to fall into a sleep..but looks like once I did..I was in a restful place…

70 today..once again il be out soaking up the rays…before the weather changes and it’s not so warm…55 just isn’t warm enough for me to enjoy the rays…lol…I went out yesterday in 57…but wind was blowing…alittle..it was cool..till sun got Warner…

Broke my 48 an hour sooner…wanted my ☕️ and chocolate comb I put in coffee…going to breakfast in 30 minutes..got first 3/4 miles in..more to come…the 49 is becoming easier…I only get hungry after the first 26-28 hours into the fast..but I usually get up and move..that helps to get thru that time…starting a 24 after breakfast seems to work best for me..as I can walk the halls or go outside during meal times..or just stay in room with you tube and headphones on…

Well…need to do a few things..add my weigh in..
