It’s 915 pm I just realized my protein is 54g for the day. Wth. Ugh. Not eating anything tonight. Will track this better from now on. It’s the end of my 8 week “cut”. So, I guess I’ve got to get the dvds out and press play. 😱 😒 Wrong attitude… 🤩💪 🏋️♀️. Yeah still 😒.
