It wasn't anything to do with zombies, that's for sure. LOL. I did shopping and errands which I am not fond of as I'm sort of a recluse. I'm working on getting my 10,000 plus steps in.

persecon yeah I wouldn't try them it's really easy to drop the bar if you twist wrong , have any imbalance in your lift or sway forward or back at all.

I ran around at work for 2 hours then when I got home and after I iced my back, I did a focus sessions. sumo squats, banded fire hydrants and glute bridges and abs

Cindyoh77 thanks and yeah they will definitely let you know it if you have Imbalances or lack proper form. I always go lighter than what I would do normal front squats with but working my way up in weight with them.
