Hello there all my FS Buddies & Friends!!! Beautiful day walked the dogs at the right time (6:30am)went to the gym for 2hrs, Precore Machine and Zumba Tone felt great only I am alittle sore from my Yoga class yesterday. I have decided to cut back on my calorie intake as it seems to be creeping up on me. I just have to be stronger and walk away from the table.:) Have a good day everyone.

Thanks Ann, yes it has been hot here we are in a slight cool down for the next few days, thank goodness.

'I came here just in time." Yes the weather here in Cali is lovely My poor husband freezing. I left just in time, because my Husband said that the cold weather has returned! I was at the pool while he was freezing! Ahh! I still have oranges on my tree, and boy are they good! Do have oranges where you live Kiwi? You take care and God Bless!~Ann :)

Hello there Ann: We did have oranges unfortunately, we have eaten them all & given some away, you can't beat growing your own oranges they taste so darn good. You enjoy your warm weather we are supposed to get some rain this week. (wish)
