Has anyone ever noticed how easy it is to put the weight on? Then how hard it is to take it off? Kind of like the Government if you owe them money they get it quick, but if they owe you money it takes a little bit to get it. Yup, if only it was as easy to take off pounds as it is to put them on. I guess the ability to store excess calories in times of plenty and adapt to changes is what has helped the human race to flourish though. I does make it more difficult when we live in today's environment of food that is excess and plentiful all the time. Have a great day.
