Feeling alot better today more invigorated after my 2hr brisk trail walk with my dogs. Hope everyone is doing well and staying motivated as we meet our challenges to lose weight. I am trying to prep my new border garden to plant succulents as we are going to be on water restrictions due to the drought conditions here in CA.:)
