Did push-ups and pull-ups today my arms are spent :) hopefully I'll break the damn plateau tomorrow

I am so picturing you walking around with jellyfish arms lol. Do you take Tylenol or anything after hard workouts?

drink protein. feed those muscles. just keep pushing forward. I know as well as the next about those stinking plateaus. you will get there. I just look at it that my body is stabilizing and getting ready to let go of more.

No I don't take anything after my arms usually feel better a few hours later. Yes Protein does the body good :)
