Pleased my weight went back down to 179lbs. Was a bit worried I had really screwed up, but I'm looking OK, now. I made a stupid mistake, though - I bought a tub of houmous, which might SOUND like a good decision (certainly yummy as hell) but I recently discovered it's absolutely heaving full of starch. x_x
Went out and treated myself to a large portion of Chinese chips. (they seem not to be at all fatty so that's a bonus) £2.50 for a good munch. Used a 200g tub of red pepper houmous as a very tasty dip.
