Workout this morning, Crush it. I did 43 minutes of Plyometrics my fitbit thing said I burned a little over a 1000 calories but I only put in 800 for it just don't trust the accuracy of it.

On another note I have an ethical question for everyone. My supervisor has asked me to give my coworker a study guise for a class I have already taken successfully because she is going to the same class in May. My question is should I? She is the type that always tries to shift blame, does the amount of work to get by and has had people take care of her; her entire career. She offered no advice or assistance to the class that I just spent 3 weeks at. So what to do. Thanks

My guess is the supervisor is already aware of the coworkers lack of skills. Its actually a compliment to your abilities that you were asked to do it, because the supervisor assumes you know the material well enough to guide someone else. As a former supervisor, I started giving tasks like those to people I was considering for bigger and better things someday. So personally I wouldn't blow it off because they may not ask again if you aren't willing to mentor.

I agree with Nicholaix. Go along with it even if it's something you really don't want to do, because it pay off in the long run.

I agree with the above, believe me, I get it (dummy coworkers stink)....but it'll end up hopefully helping you as well...by her being better....if you catch my drift...

I'm afraid I am in the minority on this one. I wouldn't do anything I didn't feel was "right" for me. If you think it is ok then go for it. If not, don't do it. I wouldn't do anything I felt wrong about in the hopes it would pay off later. stuff like that makes me crazy and obsessive. I have learned for me, it is better not to have regrets and dislike my decisions later...

Thank you all so far, I forgot to mention she is actually senior to me. And Nichol, I have been a supervisor before and I don't know if I would have asked one of my employee's to do that. Also recently when we had someone from our headquarters here, she logged on her computer and let that employee complete training for since she couldn't figure it out? My thought is she has been dead weight for the organization for a while and needs to retire which she has been working for DOD for 37 years.

Yikes, that's a little different lol. I used to work with a few of those. If you see that turning into a hot mess (likely) I would politely decline as well.

If you pause (like it seems you did) it may not be a good idea- follow your gut.

I really do appreciate your comments. I will let you know what I decide but I am leaning on the side of not providing it.

What Dagmary said, theres a reason we rely on those lizard brain feelings!!!!!

Hmmmmmmm that does change it a bit, like she doesn't want to deal with the issue so she's passing it onto you, expecting you to fix it for you....yeah I wouldn't feel comfortable with that either.

Fix it for her...not you...der.
