don't know if I have water weight or what going on. only drinking coffee and water. been eating salmon, tilapia and shrimp with steamed veggies most of the time. SO.... I guess it will drop when it ready. I don't want to have to get crazy with my diet again because I seam to loose muscle mass when I restrict my diet completely. but that seams to be the only way I can loose. cutting back and eating good just doesn't do it. only time ive been able to loose is to go on hcg with 500 calories. but again I hate loosing muscle. thin is nice but mushy is not. :)
161.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Niki, women should be mushy in the right places. You don't have to get crazy with your diet, it could be water it could be do to sodium intake if you have been working out hard your muscle could be retaining water and blood to repair them and you know the weight can fluctuate 1 to 4 pounds during any given day just give it a little time :)

Consider doing strength training for muscle.

A burrito is not really a good choice if trying to lose water weight. Stick to veggie salads with protein and fruit salads instead of candy and the pounds will come off. Muscle burns more calories then fat so losing it is really not good. Good luck, you can do it! :-)
