Debbie Cousins's Journal, 10 May 2022

Had a pretty good day yesterday. God enabled me to be motivated (for a change), and I did quite a lot around the house. Off to a good, productive start again this morning, PTL! Going to help my daughter do some of HER housework this morning, because her "husband" (together for 7 years, but not married) has once again threatened to kick her out! His complaint is the way the house is kept, so we're going to try to make a major dent in it today.

Hope everyone has a great week! I was happy to see weight down a tad this morning. I'll take it! Thank you, God.
257.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 107.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
