Fasted 22 hours. Made breakfast for dinner for me and roommate. Mine was a pita filled with scrambled eggs, sautéed onions and tricolor peppers, a spicy black bean burger, hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, sriracha, cilantro. Served with power grains and greens and sour cream. Very good.

Yeah, fasting, for me, takes place when I sleep. But I know nothing in this world is really one size fits all. Those pita deals look fab!

jengetfit123, ha! Right? Sleeping is definitely the only time I'm not thinking about something yummy I want to eat. To that point, I had an oatmeal cookie and ice cream today...for breakfast. It was not much ice cream, and I worked out that day, but I still ate ice cream for breakfast...
