decide to add watching tv/computer surfing the internet to my activities is what i do most on my days off. recorded 6 hours of internet and t.v. and it said this burns 1000 calories? is there some mistake? to change the subject love this site it has really helped me to lose weight with all of the apps/ really like the calorie count app that gives you your percentages and calories consumed/grams of protein, fat, carbs. also like reading the daily comments love this website thanks to everyone for your support/feedback.
