Woke at 225.0, down 2.7 from yesterday, but that just means I lost every ounce of the water I had gained the day before! I had a fun day working downtown, having a nice salad for a lunch meeting, and then camping out in that company's conference room until I traveled to a happy hour later. Glad I was in one place for the afternoon because I lost all that water within a few hours... Still too high on calories for April and will cut back slowly to get back on track.
