Slept in until noon and got a waking weigh in of 205.0. Don't know what I will do to work out today, but we'll come up with something!
Update: LAZY Sunday! Didn't do a thing to work out and snacked all day (but good stuff). Denise has the ladies from her singing group over for rehearsal so I went out and caught some NFL at a local bar. Enjoyed two beers and a quarter basket of tortilla chips (hey, like a regular, non dieting guy!) Back home now and enjoying another beer as I watch the NHRA race from Las Vegas. Will catch up tomorrow.
