I was doing so good until I ate those damn animal cookies. They put me over my goal of 1500 calories a day, but since I rode my bike and jumped on the trampoline for a while I guess I won't beat myself up too bad. Gonna have to do the full workout tonight so I won't feel guilty about eating a light snack before bed. I know that eating before you go to bed is one of the 10 commandments of dieting, but I promise it's a healthy snack. It's usually a piece of fruit and a big glass of water. It's not like I'm eating candy or junk food.
