I've just realized that I'm the same weight I WAS 5 WEEKS AGO! I NEED TO STEP THIS THING UP!

I checked your weight history and you are definitely making progress. Keep it up, your getting there and gaining muscle - can we say - with all your hard work. Do you know what those colored bars are supposed to mean?

Now that I've looked where you were talking about Kristin, I realize that I've lost 14.6 pounds since June 19 and still need to lose 17.6 to reach my goal of 159. Actually my goal is really 155, but Ame and I decided to keep it real for now so as not to get exasperated. So Thank you Kristin. I feel much better now. and... I have no idea what the orange and yellow and red bars mean. Anyone know?

Ah, I figured it out. Look at mine. When it was blue, I was below my current goal weight. So it turns color as you get closer to your goal. Mystery solved, although I'm not sure what the cutoff #s are. Anyway, down to 142.2 this morning 👑. The FS told me at this rate I'll meet my goal in 3 weeks. I think that is reasonable, and then I'll try to maintain it over the holidays...ugh! 😢 I have to say though, even thinking of those boxes of chocolates at work are making me sick. 😝Could you hypnotise me to feel that way about all of it sometime? 😇 I'll try to keep active this weekend even though its supposed to be quite cold! ❄☔ love you 🙌 and Boots says hi too 🐶🐾

It does help (speaking of hypnosis) to just think about that nauseous feeling we get just after a bad chocolate, or too much of even a good one. The mind is conditioned so every time you look that box of chocolates you can think of that yucky feeling in your mouth, that saccharin, sickly sweet regret, and then after walking away you can reinforce the 'I love myself too much to eat that." and feel the strength and pride of success. Do it every time. 21 times in a row! Walk away 21 times in a row and I guarantee it will be easier after that.

Oh you are so good. Whodathunk we'd have such an expert in our camp! I think we buddies should make a concerted effort to do that mind thing on the unhealthiest of temptations, especially over the next 3 months. Just spoke with a friend, Bailey's friend's mom, about yoga classes she's teaching. She has lunch hour classes. She said it's not sweaty, just about stretching and improving flexibility and improving (something) on the inside. She's a little fruit-cake-ish, but I'm always drawn to those sorts y'know. There is absolutely no reason for me not to do this. 🙆 love to my buddies, k
