I need to really get with the program! I know exactly what I have to do to be successful.
Eat LIGHT! Small portions, eat during DAYLIGHT, not at NIGHT.
More Water
Exercise
Fiber
Balanced Meals
I'm going to see if Apple Cider Vinegar helps me any. Gonna take 1 or 2 Tablespoons twice a day.
