After a trip to South Florida in two days, I just got back from a 6 hour round-trip trek to Atlanta to pick up my Mom and bring her home, the bus was late so I knew I was not going to get home in time to fix the dinner I had planned out, so I stopped at a truck stop and had another omelet. I have not put in this many miles on the road in 4 years and I am so tired. I had to delete my dinner and add the omelet and I am still falling short of my RDI. It makes me wonder if part of my problem is not eating, I am really having a tough time eating this much food. It just seems like a lot. My Mom said that I look great, she was thrilled to see my actual ankles instead of those round puffy blobs I have had for a few years LOL! Does anyone else feel like they are constantly chewing? I am just really really tired. Hopefully my energy will pick back up since I am done with road running till the end of October, now I am going to crawl into bed and pull the covers over my head and have nightmares about Atlanta's traffic!
