OK. I need to learn how to use this site better. who do you add pictures. not the thumb nail that shows in feed but others as I progress. also I seen that someone changed what the food calculator kept track of. I want to add fiber. how do you do that.

You go to my "fat secret" on the right and down bellow to "my settings". Then you go to "Food Diary Nutrition Facts" and add fiber. I will send you a private message with a link explaining how to add pics in your journal.
