Now I remember why 150 lbs was a mini goal for me! That is the weight that I wrote down when I renewed my driver's license. It was just a guess because I did not weigh myself in those days. Now that I am below 150 lbs I feel awesome! :)

Edit to add my daily average of walking steps/mileage this year:

January - 3677 steps - approximately 1.75 miles a day
February - 5187 steps - approximately 2.5 miles a day
March - 3471 steps - approximately 1.75 miles a day
April - 2733 steps - approximately 1.25 miles a day
May - 3037 steps - approximately 1.5 miles a day
June - 3038 steps - approximately 1.5 miles a day
July - 2759 steps - approximately 1.25 miles a day
August - 2304 steps - approximately 1 mile a day
147.6 lb Lost so far: 54.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My drivers license doesn't expire until 2018. It says 210, I am 50+ pounds lighter now!

diehard, that is awesome on your weight loss! My driver's license expires in 2018, too. I am definitely NOT going to get a new license with a slimmer photo. I know someone in real life who would do exactly that. lol

You are sooo AWESOME, Deb! Look at you, almost to your mini goal, & steppin proud! Keep it up gal, you've been a great encourgement to me & I need all the help I can get, LOL! I can't even imagine what it will be like to only weigh in the 140's, but I KNOW I WILL GET THERE, & THAT FEELS SOOOO GOOD in itself. I lost another 1.4 lbs last week, so I'm cluckin & flappin around here too. Have an AMAZINGLY BLESSED day! :)
