I weighed in at 209.2 this morning. Ate 1822 calories yesterday including some ice cream at work but all protein when I got home. Did not do the planned HIIT exercise last night as I got tired after some computer work and opted for a good night's sleep instead. Will target about 1800 calories today with a workout.

PS If you have a water retention issue, you have mention water problems alot in your diet, maybe a doctor can help.
I have 3 pills I take for my blood pressure (Note I had high blood pressure when I was thin, It just in my family)
But one of my pills is hctz 25mg which is a water pill, the other 2 pills are different, but they have worked for years

1800 kcals seems really low. Have you checked the equations, Harris-Benedict, Mifflin St Jeor, Katch-McArdle and Cunningham? Google BMR equations and build a spread sheet. Based on these equations and the bioelectric impedance tests on my gym's scale I get good correlation between BMR's (within 5%). Loosing Fat = Good loosing Muscle = Bad.
