I've been bad bad bad so far today, no thanks to TOM.....my coworker brought in doughnuts, and I had not one, but two! I know better!
I need to get some exercise in after work today, and no drinking when I get home. I'm usually good about not drinking, ended up having one yesterday because my dearest brought home some Angry Orchard especially for me as he knows I don't like beer.
I was off track for a month because of our moving, I'm getting back on track. I will not let my bad decisions thus far today derail my progress or the rest of my day!
