Nice morning weigh in of 203.8 after a more intense, sweaty workout last night. Squeezing out that vacation water weight. Usually don't list morning Tanita numbers as they are skewed significantly due to overnight dehydration, but listing today to provide baseline waking muscle and bone mass readings. These are now back where I expect them to be for a morning reading. But no numbers are valid except the weight.
Here are the 7/23/14 Tanita Numbers (waking):
Weight - 203.8 Goal Weight (10% BF) - 187.6 Total body fat % - 17.1 Total body fat lbs. - 35.0 Total body water % - 58.5 Visceral fat rating - 9 Muscle mass lbs. - 160.6 Physique rating - 6 Bone mass lbs. - 8.2 Daily calories: 3948 (RDI 2218) Metabolic age - 27

I wish I had your grit! You workout and get it done.. I on the other hand avoid exertion. And regarding sweat, even when I have worked out it takes great, great effort to work up even the tiniest sweat. I just don't sweat even when normal people are. I should be more active, but I take the easy road. But I'm not bugged enough about my laziness to change it.. pathetic!
