Lost a total of 3.2 lbs since June 30th.. total of 56 lbs lost...between 74.4 to 92.4 left I can not imagine being at that weight...but if you told me that I was going to be at this weight in April.. I would laugh at you as well...lol... At the present rate of weight loss.. I will be at my first goal in about 20 weeks around the week of December 1st, if I continue to the second goal I will reach that in 25 weeks, or the week of Jan 12th.. on the AVERAGE I have been loosing 3.72 lbs a week since I started..(the average loss ranges so far was from a high of 4.72 lbs a week to a low of 3.72 <this week>)

You have done a fantastic job, 3.72 lbs/week is commendable by anybody's measure. The largest tasks are completed one part at a time and each pound lost is one pound closer to your end goal. Yer gettin' er dun!
