Not surprised about the increase. Not even mad. Not mad because the only one who made my choices is me. I am motivated. I have been fairly good recently at talking myself out of alcohol (with the exception of 4th of July, where I had 2 drinks), and I've started trying to get back into the exercise swing of things by jogging through my neighborhood.
It is time for recalibration, time for a change.
