I'm really having a great day! I went for a brisk 30-minute walk earlier today and just finished a 30 minute run (5 mph) on the treadmill. And now I'm about to get in my killer ab workout in before The Sig-O gets home. The last time I did this ab workout it hurt to BREATHE for 2 days! But the more strength and core work I do, the less my hips and back hurt me. A year ago, I was practically crippled with hip and back pain and now I'm virtually pain free (aside from muscle soreness, of course!)
I'm off to murder my ab muscles now!

*Later evening update*
The rest of my day went amazingly well! My abs have been appropriately murdered and I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow! Also spent some extra time focusing on upper body strength. Push ups and the infamous "Spin Gym", which I still love, and more importantly USE regularly.

Made an ENORMOUS, nutrient-dense and delicious dinner tonight and gobbled it up like it was my JOB!

I'm about to head off to bed here soon and all I can say about following today's planned dietary intake and activity level is, "Done and DONE!"
