Well that was a horrible disaster. Started off ok but by second day on way home I had a total meltdown. What a disaster.

I hate trying to eat right when away. I clearly didnt prepare enough even though I thought I did.

Now I feel like total crap. There is no way I'm weighing myself.

ok i went back an put my food in there...best that i could remember...i just didn't have enough food ready, i didn't have places to eat planned out. I thought I was ready b/c I brought snacks but I didn't get ready enough. I will try better for next time.

Looking at your loss to date, you've lost 11 lbs in 2 weeks. That's amazing. Don't get yourself upset over what happened this weekend. It takes time to get into the routine of planning and eating. You're going great.
