Went to Wally's world, they had a solohealth machine there, records blood pressure, body weight, eye sight.. the machine weighed me..lol.. I am at 317 lbs instead of 321.6-- I am sticking to the 321.6 though due to the fact that it is from my home scales, and it is very close to what my doctor's scales show... body fat.. ugh..my bmi is high.. :-( 43-- even though it is high.. On the other my body weight was at 50.6 since I started... lost 7.6 body weight mass. Not going to jump ship..sort of speaking.. it took me 55 years to get this heavy, and I can not change it over night (even though I am shedding lbs like crazy-- still can not really figure out why)...

In January 2013 my BMI was 42.4 at my heaviest, and when I finally joined FS last November my BMI was 36.9. Today my BMI is 29.5, so it just takes time and to keep going. You can do it!

Yes we all took many years to accumulate the pounds so we must be patient about getting them off, but with due diligence we can do it, keep up the good work, it is all about winning...Good Luck.
