Missed exercises yesterday.. got on the treadmill tonight.. listened to my body.. did only 1.5 miles Well I did not listen too well.. cause it was telling me to stop at .75 miles.. but my brain was too stubborn-- now my right knee is responding.. see I told you.. Darn that knee..hate growing old..lol.... :-D

Know how you feel about knees. I have had a total 8 knee surgeries between both knees. I started a new me today. Got new glasses and joined YMCA. I look forward to losing weight and having fun at same time. Am meeting with personal trainer. My husband and two kids are going to make it a family affair and support me!!
